This little infant’s name is Patrick Stanley. He was adopted by my good photographer-friend, Bryce .

Patrick Stanley slept so well during this photoshoot, even when we moved the infant around his eyes did not open once!

Princess Katherine

This is my friend, Katherine, and she had a party – but her party wasn’t just any normal party, her party was a quince!

Congratulate Katherine on her fifteenth birthday! Wish her well for the upcoming life she will be living and tell her that now since she’s grown up there are many more things to come !

For Hispanic people, in Katherine’s case Cuban, the quinceanera (accent on the second n~) is extremely important to every girl/daughter. Quince means fifteen and I’m sure you understand the rest of that word.
The fifteenth birthday celebration for their daughters is like the American culture’s sixteenth birthday. The birthday signifies you have grown up and matured and will be expected to act more like an adult than a child. You are welcomed into the non-childish world now, yet you still get to have some fun hanging with your friends at the same time. When girls have their quinces they wear a huge white dress that is practically a wedding dress and dance with their father and then after change into a party dress to dance with their friends . Right now I caught Katherine being presented in her huge dress before and after she danced with her father. I hope you enjoyed looking at this picture. There are more pictures of the party.
